It is always very hard to get to see your doctor or any doctor

Make it more easier to see a doctor when you need to also when I had my appointment with nurse I was disturbed twice by another member of staff by walking in without being invited in very unprofessional

I’ve been with our surgery all my life starting with Dr RK Reed, and have always found it brilliant. X

It would be better if things went back to before the pandemic it is very hard at times to see a my doctor.

The reception team has been amazing and facilitate appointment booking very efficiently Text reminder of appointment is very useful

Have used the engage consult recently but it seems it’s a very separate service from the surgery. I was told the ‘online clinician’ is not part of the surgery by reception team when I asked to book for a follow up at request from the clinician.

I signed myself in so didn't see a receptionist. My health check went well, very satisfied with the service I got

I try not to be a nuisance and only contact the surgery if necessary.
