I found very hard to get appointments, that I have even decided to get them done privately even though it was very expensive for me, but our health is important. Even after 3 months of seeing GP never received any letters for the referral tests like ultrasound, I would not blame only the surgery but whole system. For A child with speech delay to get a pediatric appointment have to wait more than 6 months. Time is very important, certain things will get worse with time.

People working at surgery should keep in mind that the people calling surgery to ask for an appointment with GP are patients with some health issues and try to help them as much as they can.

Nothing could have been done better. Went in on time to see the nurse who explained things really well.

Went in 15 mins late but not really a problem
