New self booking system via text is a welcome, and great addition. The HCA who did my bloods was friendly and professional.

Surgery is tired looking. Bring on new premises!

Had no issues booking an appointment for staple removal following knee surgery. Appointment with the nurse was calming and reassuring. The treatment itself was very professional. No complaints at all.

Nothing really as far as the service is concerned. A little maintenance to the doors leading to the treatment rooms wouldn't come amiss as the door handles were loose.

Can I just say that over the last year in particular me and my family have unfortunately needed to use the doctors a fair few times and Little Common surgery has been amazing! I honestly cannot believe how helpful and kind the receptionists (both for appointments and prescriptions), doctors and nurses have all been to me and my family. They have gone above and beyond to try and help us in the last year, fitting us in for appointments, telephone calls and when they can’t still trying to help with getting messages to the doctor and giving the proper level of care when we’ve needed treatment, medication or further investigation! In a time where GP surgery’s are getting a lot of stick/criticism, I can honestly say in my experience, over the last year or so, none of that applies to Little Common surgery.

Not always to get through on the phone. However the call back system seems to work.

No complaints about my treatment from the nurse. She was very informative and explained things well.

I visit old town surgery my doctor Dr Ruberry and all staff are all very helpful and accommodating as possible. They have always communicated well and I have received great care and treatment

At present you are doing everything to the best of your abilities. Obviously appointments you have to ring daily which is very difficult when you are a working person to wait on the telephone and then triage availability is full and you have to try the next day etc. This situation is faced by every surgery due to demands
