Really surprised but very grateful to get a face to face appointment within 2 days. Dr Gale listened to all my questions and gave me thorough answers. My experience from phone call to receptionist , face to face with receptionist and with doctor, was really good. My experience with this surgery over the years has sometimes fallen short, particularly before the pandemic. It's so nice to have kind polite respectful receptionists.

This appointment was to repeat an ECG which had disappeared off the computer system. The nurse contacted me and arranged a repeat on the same day. She is lovely and puts you at ease. She checked the results had gone through to the doctor before I left. The doctor contacted me on Saturday afternoon with the results. Excellent service as always

I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. But Dr Gale was great. He referred me for an x ray which I got on the same day and he made a referral to hospital.

It would be good if I didnt have to wait 2 weeks.

To be honest it’s a joke trying to get an appointment since the Covid and your waiting in a queue for ages and when you finally get through all the appointments have gone only to be told to ring back the next day it’s disgusting. You can’t book a future appointment either what has happened to the doctors surgeries we used to know
