It was the 3rd I had to call to get an appointment. I was told twice incorrectly when to call. I have to say the doctor was outstanding

Can we remove the screens which the receptionists sit behind. The reception area, where the receptionists sit needs modernisation and a tidy up.

Dr.S. Cullen was really helpful, don't see many doctors that dedicated, understanding and helpful

The Dr I saw was excellent - I believe his name was Dr Gent. He was warm in manner, friendly and helpful. My past experiences of the surgery has been terrible, and this appointment has changed my opinion.

More Doctors as friendly and thorough as this one!

Difficult to get an appointment… had to wait over a week for an appointment even though I stressed the reason and urgency with the reception staff … now on a 2WW cancer referral that could have been done sooner had you given me an earlier appointment when I called up at 8am on 23/11/23

Treated the issue with more urgency and give me a same day / next day appointment not make me wait 8 days to see a female GP

As with all GP surgeries, they're under severe pressure by sheer weight of numbers and it is not easy to get appointments or make contact. Fortunately, I love close by and am mobile, therefore I visit in person to ask for help, when needed. Others might not be so fortunate.

I have nothing negative to say about the practice I use, as they're caring and helpful.
