The receptionist I spoke to when I rang up in the morning was so helpful. I couldn't get an appointment as they were all taken but she rang me back with a cancellation, which I was very grateful for, and I thank her for that.

I don't know if it's worth bringing the Signing in technology back to help with people queuing.

It's becoming more and more difficult to get an appointment unless you ring at exactly 8am. Unfortunately health doesn't go by a schedule.

The nurses are fantastic

Turned up for appointment, was not advised the doctor was running an hour late. Sat in waiting room for 20 minutes, no one coming out, no one going in. Went to reception to then be advised doctor was running an hour late. Asked to cancel appointment because I had somewhere I needed to be at 4:15pm - appointment was 3:30pm.

To be advised doctor was running late on arrival.
