Easy enough

Nothing. Stacey was as good as it gets. She greeted us warmly on her way to her room and explained we were next in. She listened actively… took on board our comments in coming to her decisions which we had every confidence in. My daughter is writing this for me and I gave cause to see a fair few health staff. Don’t tell the others but Stacey is top of my pops.

The Doctor was terrible … i have never felt so dissatisfied with an appointment.

Claire the nurse was lovely. Very easy to chat to and did a great job. Only downside was my appoint being at 0950 but wasn't called until 1005.

Overall I’m satisfied with the care I received, I had a chance to speak to an actual doctor which is already appreciated. Doctor was patient and methodical, thank you

It is a shame that we can’t book appointments in advance, only booking appointments by calling at 8am is possible, for ill people it is very difficult to be able to even remember that it needs to happen at specific time
