Maristela was excellent taking my blood. I often have difficulty giving blood but she was thorough in preparing my vein and very gentle. I had absolutely no bruising afterwards which is very rare for me I will be asking for Maristela next time!

It would be easier for me to have appointments downstairs in future.

It was a blood test. The phlebotomist was very good and very informative of what was happening and the time scales to expect the results would be back.
