I explained my condition over the phone I was given an appointment immediately.

Receptionist was friendly was able to offer me appointment the same day. Unfortunately my experience with the doctor was very different. I did not feel listened to at all, the way he spoke back to me confirmed that he had not listened to me about what I had said about my condition and the pain I was experiencing. I had to very clearly ask at the end to be referred for an X-ray as it was obvious he was trying to wrap up the appointment with no further actions or steps.

The doctor did not listen to me or seem interested in my condition. The conversation we had was not helpful and made me think that what I was experiencing I just have to live with. Really disappointed as the other doctors and nurses I have met have been very caring.

Having just returned to this surgery after 15yrs I was so thankful that it was just as helpful as it used to be.
