The surgery is clean but waiting rooms are tired looking and a bit depressing Was a job to get a face to face appt but I understand the pressures for appointments

Doctor Cullen is a brilliant doctor. Appointments are never rushed and he always listens. He took the time to explain what was going on and what medication he was putting my son on and why. He also made sure he explained this to my son in a way he understood.

The receptionist I spoke to on the phone kept sighing.

I have hearing problems on the phone and that means I must be at the surgery door at8am when they open to try and ask for an app and you aren’t allowed to book ahead it seems it is only did that day if they have any apps available.

I was very grateful to have been seen by the doctor and he was thorough and professional as well as kind and friendly.
