I had to change appointments a couple of times and it was straightforward enough, plus I changed my address easily as well. As for the nurse conducting my smear test, she was fantastic. Lovely manner, quick and easy and painless. Easily the most positive experience for that kind of procedure I've ever had, she was excellent.

Not a lot really, the main negative to the practice is the parking and there's not much they can do about it.

I feel like at the GP i didn’t get any answers and i still had to spend the day at the hospital getting help from doctors.. it’s ridiculous that in the GP all they do is try and diagnose you without getting any sort of testing done…

I think the booking process is horrendous and needs to be a better way! why am i only able to get an appointment in the morning at 8:00 if i ring any later they tell me that there’s no appointment left but i then ring 111 and they get me an appointment at MY GP.

For the first time in 4 years I was able to talk face to face with a doctor. What a pleasant surprise and how much better I felt just seeing someone who I thought knew what she was talking about.
