Dr Caldwell advised me to have an ECG, so I agreed & the appointment was made for weds 10th soon after I had seen her. Stacey the nurse was very nice & calming, & said the Doctor would look at the results & ring me about them. Within a few minutes of leaving the surgery another Doctor rang me to explain kindly advising me to go to the hospital to have a 2nd ECG & blood tests to get further accuracy & advice on the first ECG reading.. & then said the hospital would probably book me in another day after that for a scan depending on what the results reveal - so quick, kind & accurate details. Thanks

Sometimes bit of tiny low level music in the background nice but that’s just my personal preference, you couldn’t beat the service was 5 star. Thanks

No, long waits on the phone and only release appointments in order which is not always easy to get to the surgery for such short notice. Not able to pre book for a week or so only on the day appointment Stacey was amazing and as always involves you in the treatment plan. Listens to what your concerns are and will make sure you are happy with the plan before leaving.

Appointment for baby’s first vaccination was pre arranged however I had to wait until eight weeks post partum instead of six weeks post partum for check up due to lack of availability. At this “check up” the doctor did not seem confident handling my baby and did not support his head well when turning him onto his side and then front. There was no check up for me despite having a second degree tear and post partum haemorrhage. Doctor did not seem confident answering my questions about myself and did not know about whether I could be referred for pelvic floor physio which a huge aspect of post partum recovery for women.

Check the mother at the check up appointment! Better knowledge about pelvic floor resources. Better confidence handling babies if you are going to be doing baby checks!

Phones were very busy so I chose the call back service and was called back within the hour. I was given a same day appointment. Dr.Cullem was very attentive and contacted Northampton Hospital to chase up appointments requested earlier. That's what I call very good service.

I believe the service received was perfect.

Harry received a thorough investigation and I was proved with a plan for his treatment. The GP talked me through his findings and made Harry feel very comfortable. It's been stressful for all of us, so it was really comforting knowing Harry was in such great hands.
