The receptionists here are sometimes utterly beyond helpful. Mixed messages about when to book appointments, chewing gum whilst talking to you (personal pet hate admittedly) but also just their constant sighing if someone doesnt understand. In my personal experience, the dr told me to book an appointment at the desk to come back within 10 days. I attempted to do so but was told I cant book appointments like this and I need to call in. I said the dr told me to, they just repeated what they said previously so I asked can someone inform the dr. Ignored as when I managed to get an appointment a whole month later he knew nothing of it and was annoyed I wasnt seen in time.

You need to really listen in on your receptionists.

My visit with the doctor was great - probably the best doctor at this practice and especially good with children. He put not only me at ease but my 5 year old also.. he was fun and engaging with my son and really made him a part of his appointment. We had a long wait to see the doctor, nearly an hour after our appointment, but the care and attention he gave to my son and us as a family was worth waiting for. Thank you

MOST (not all) of the receptionist staff at this practice are diabolical. Extremely rude, not compassionate at all, argumentative! I am in the process of looking for a new practice to join for myself and family
