The doctors are all very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease discussing any concerns. Dr Sefton in particular is very reassuring and has a great manner with my 2 children.
My only complaint is the difficulty in getting an appointment. Phone lines open at 8 am and by 8.05 there are usually only 1 or 2 appointment.

Doctors here are patient and understanding when it comes to patients well-being. They are willing to listen and prescribe the appropriate medication for patients and most of all very friendly staff who are doing their best.
In terms of improvement I believe the waiting time outside should be improved, as patient have to queue outside waiting to get appointment.
