Every thing, every problem is normal to the doctors at this surgery. In fact they don't want to treat anything. They are just the clerks to write whatever the patient tell on the computer and tell you that your symptoms will go away in couple of weeks. If the patients insist they begin looking for medicine on Google and then tell the medicine for this problem is no longer available. So pathetic.

The receptionists at this surgery are beyond lazy. They have to be prompted multiple times to do the job that they are paid to do. When ever you visit the surgery they are always talking instead of working... They can be at times be point blank rude and inconsiderate to patients health issue.(I,e) pain that they are in. The receptionist's at this surgery lack empathy and fail to treat patients like human beings. What's worse is they are aloud to act and be this way. When any patients stands up for themselves when they have received inferior service that is detrimental to there health. They are told that there tone is not welcome and they end the call leaving the patient in excruciating pain for days on end. If the receptionist's are aloud to carry on treating patients this way. It is going cause a lawsuit.
