The receptionist yesterday was so very helpful, compared to the day before who couldn’t or wouldn’t help me. I raised this yesterday, as a working person I can not phone the surgery at 8.00am . I have to work for a living. Most jobs that I know of do not allow phones. I look after autistic children and have to give my attention to them. Surely some appointments can be reserved for people that like myself work and have no dependants that I can ask for help . I know I am not alone trying to jumble this awkward system.

I don’t know where to start. I’m drained fighting the system just waiting to get a sympathetic receptionist and doctor who will listen and think I am worth bothering with. Like I said try and help people who are unable to do what you say is the norm ie 8.00am appointment slots

Spoke to a very helpful receptionist about a non urgent appointment but want to talk to a GP as soon as possible I was offered an appointment for later the same day The Locum GP I saw was very good and reassuring.

At this time I was fully satisfied with the service given
