I always receive excellent care from everyone at the surgery, although I find it extremely hard to get an appointment.
I do understand the pressures you are all working in.

Nurse arrived at surgery at 9.05 when my appt was 9am which I thought was pretty poor considering patients can't be seen if they arrive late. That said, the nurse was amazing during my appt, friendly and caring, put me at ease and was helpful throughout.
