Langham Place Surgery

Kaorinn (nurse) always provides a professional friendly appointment. She is a great credit to the surgery, Longhon Place Surgery. I feel I am listened to. I feel for improvements you do need to allocate more admin/phone call contacts per day. So much of my treatment/prescription would be done via tele-medicine potentiality. It isn't fair to ask the GPs/nurses to phone during the lunch and breaks.

I had been prescribed by Mr Hicks at Northampton hospital, a truss for the relief of my hernia. I got the truss with no instructions, so I couldn't wear it and was sent back to Northampton hospital for help. They sent me back to my GP's where I spoke to Izzy, who was most helpful, supplying me with a leaflet telling me how to do it and also with the details of help available on time. I wish to thank her for helping me, and being so efficient.
