Langham Place Surgery

The fact that I could get an interview on the same day that I came to the surgery, was really important as I have had doubts about my hernia belt or having an operation for some time. Friendly Dr Seton put my mind at rest and what I like about him, is that he does not try to hurry you as a lot of other doctors do (Although not in the practice) Thank you for the friendly receptionist.

My appointment to have my annual flu jab was carried out by Kate the practice nurse. She was attentive and able to answer all my questions with respect to my general health. Both Kate and Caterina always give great service, they are friendly and efficient.

The lady that looks like Wednesday Adams is a very nice lady and she always makes me smile and is lovely to speak to.

My daughter saw Dr Oguocha. The people in question saw my Wilson at approx 10.15 am. I was in the surgery waiting room for approx 20 mins or so during that time the radio was too loud. There was also a lady with her mother who was extremely loud and disruptive. She answered her mobile phone and was very loud when answering the phone on the other end.
