Jo Whitney (reception) provided outstanding service always, above and beyond call of duty. She's an exceptional receptionist and shines above all the other members of reception. Their patient care is amazing!

Receptionist Jo can't do enough to help goes the extra mile unfortunately this can'r be said about all of them.
Dr Laly and Dr Greening are exceptional, doctors completely approachable and understanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Dr Greening.
Waiting times are sometimes is an issue especially when feeling poorly.
Getting through to reception in the first place is a major problem.
