Ensure more warm and friendly receptionists and especially doctors. Ensure appointments run efficiently. My appointment was an hour late after the doctor came in late, then proceeded to have an appointment with the patient before mine for half an hour, rather than the allotted 10 minutes, then leaving my appointment rushed and rude.

I had a problem with my ear, it wasn’t normal what I was experiencing. I called the surgery mid morning, I explained and was informed that a doctor would call me back. The doctor did call, he said they didn’t have any appointments and I should call in the morning at 8.00 or the next appointment would be Tuesday. I explained I’m sure something is wrong. He checked and was able to get me in the next day at 8.30am with a paramedic. The paramedic was excellent, I have Otitis, inflammation in the external of the ear. The paramedic spoke to my doctor and arranged a prescription. I feel much better having started the medication. Faultless surgery in my experience. I have recommended this surgery to a colleague who is also now registered. Another hasn’t actually done anything but is impressed by the support I’ve always had. Thank you for supporting me to the doctors, nurses, reception and the paramedic.
