I needed to sort out samples as I wasn't sure whether everything had been done properly. Joanna was brilliant. She looked on my file, sorted all my queries out efficiently and effectively and was very friendly and helpful.

Farhana the student was very thorough and patient during my consultation. I wanted to feedback to the surgery that it felt like she had time to listen to each of my medical concerns. Unfortunately on previous occasions the consultation has felt rushed.
