Farhana the student was very thorough and patient during my consultation. I wanted to feedback to the surgery that it felt like she had time to listen to each of my medical concerns. Unfortunately on previous occasions the consultation has felt rushed.

Farhana - Was great at listening and took care to check my history, She gave me advice and assurance without assuming she already knew best.
While she was great the general service within reception today when booking my appointment was awful and I will deal with this as a separate matter.
