You should be able to make appointment other than 8am theres alot of people who are in need so to not be able to sort out a appointment after 8am that's out of order I'm sure uve heard it before that just goes to show

Because the facility for messaging and reply service is simple. You know someone will come back to you with an answer. Thus putting your mind at rest.

Have every confidence in Dr Gale and his team at Langham Place. Dr Gale responds calmly and compassionately and handles dad who is a reluctant 'customer' and poor communicator extremely competently. Face to face consultation meant doctor was able to quickly resolve some confusion that had arisen through electronic prescription messages with family members. Even followed up consultation too later that evening as he spotted something extra in dads records requiring an altered treatment plan. Our family are very grateful for his diligence and care.

I have seen an absolute improvement is the provision of services (appointment scheduling/availability), standard of staffing (both office and health professionals). I have had excellent treatment, I feel listened to and have had very good experiences with the nurse practitioners for smear testing and general HRT advice.
