The nurse that did my blood test was lovely and was very patient and supportive as I have a fear of veins.

For some situations it is more efficient to book a future appointment but this is not possible.

Nothing really, you have to filter/qualify what’s in front of you.

My scores were given down to professionalism, politeness and the dedication shown and given to the patients. I would like to mention Chantelle/Shantelle, not sure if that's the correct way it's spelt, but this Nurse in question is absolutely Fantastic. During my encounters with her, it has always been the same, professional,the way she handles things is excellent. Everything is explained during the procedure, making all relax and comfortable. In my book she's Super Nurse.

In my opinion, I believe the treatment of patients including myself for what I have seen during my visits is excellent. Continue the great service within the work force and dedication to the patients.
