The surgery was clean, the reception was helpful. The doctor was was helpful and listened to me. She gave me appointments to try and resolve my symptoms. I felt cared for and listened to. No problems whatsoever.

It is not easy to get an appointment with any Dr . First of all you have to tell the reception what is wrong with you . Which is totally wrong any condition is between Dr and patient . To get through to surgery is a night mere the waiting time on the phone is ridiculous .

Go bk to how it was before covid . You can’t get passed reception if it’s urgent .

Been waiting 5 days to sort out a prescription for my 17 Yr old daughter doctors phoned last night then had to wait for him to talk to a doctor then phoned me back sorted out a prescription for her so went chemist this morning hasn't been send over waiting for a doctors signature and they Don't know if it can be signed today

Not have to wait for so long first over they gave me for a phone call was for the 17th October this isn't good enough you can never get a phone call or an appointment
