I was nearly 50 minutes late going into my appointment to then be seen by a trainee (appreciate everyone has to learn). This elongated the appointment significantly as trainee needed to consult doctor who was not available. I beleive if I had been seen on time by a doctor then my appointment would have been done in less than 10 minutes. If I am 50 minutes late turning up for an appointment then I probably would not get seen ans would need to rebook but I can be kept waiting this amount of time and have to take extended time away from work.

Receptionist quite aloof , I was delayed a little but explained that I didn't mind waiting, I was told I might not be able to have my appointment by the nurse ,I was later told to go upstairs to see another nurse ,who was lovely

This appointment was for blood tests following my face to face appointment the previous day with Dr Sarah. It was great to get this appointment so quickly

Blood nurse had a trainee with her. They were both very friendly and talkative. Nurse explained everything and took blood easily. Thank you

Often queues when phoning and sadly I progressed through queue only to be disconnected several times.

Following me emailing the surgery I explained my frustrations at not being able to get through on the telephone and the issues I have around anxiety and just giving up. The surgery booked me an appointment and text me to confirm they had done this which was very helpful and much appreciated

I rang surgery and receptionist booked a call with gp.doctor rang me back,he listened to me and arranged for a prescription and also sent a link fir a virus testing kit.i was very satisfied thank you
