I couldn’t get an appointment booked in on the day I called despite calling early in the morning.

My appointment was for 3pm but was kept waiting until 3.15pm which I was not happy about.

I like telephone appointments and there is sometimes a wait for these and they only get released on certain dates and you do need to keep calling back.

I was happy with the service received. I am on extremely appreciative of the time my doctor is giving. He truly is a lifesaver
