Reception couldn’t find my appointment

My 6 week check up for me and baby was all very vague. I expected the checks to be much more thorough. I had to prompt the doctor to check my c section scar ‘ I can check it if you want’ was the response which should surely be as standard especially as I’d had an infection post surgery, no discussion of returning to driving or exercise advice etc. Overall a slightly bizarre experience.

Dr. Coulter-Brophy was fantastic - her manner was calm and caring, and she really put me at ease.

Booking appointments continues to be difficult, particularly for an issue that isn't necessarily urgent but does require medical attention as soon as possible. Thankfully, I was given an appointment to see a nurse practitioner, which was later changed to an appointment with a doctor. I fully appreciate that the workload is very demanding and appointments are few.

I am always treated with the upmost care, respect and kindness. The reception staff and clinicians care, despite clearly being under duress and strain with the volume of clients to deal with. I am however, unapologetically sentimental about Langham Place Surgery... So my opinion is heavily biased.
