The last two times I have been to the drs they have been awesome. The care and best side manner are 10/10. Really felt like I had been listened to and supported. They’re really doing their best for the circumstances. Can only hope that there’s a pay rise and help with waiting times from the gov coming up x

Easier initial booking, likely not at fault for this as the whole of the uk is struggling with supplying the high demand of dr appointments

Doctor appointment hard to get as by the time you get through all have been taken Getting appointments with Nursing usually not a problem

The queue system where you get a call back is brilliant. Such a time-saver. Also liked the student doctor with the shared gp giving oversight.

I was really pleased with my overall experience with the GP. The doctor I spoke to showed so much compassion and was so helpful.

I think it’s a well run surgery but like all GP surgery’s these days it’s difficult to get an appointment in some instances. Although a lot of effort is made to keep appointment’s with the same doctor for ongoing issues.

Have a booster block in the toilet for people that find it difficult to sit low on a normal toilet.
