Had to phone first thing Monday morning but got an appointment the same day. They all deserve a pay rise and the nhs should be properly funded.

Central government need to properly find the nhs not starve it so they can sweep in with privatisation to ‘fix’ it.

Receptionists can have poor attitude at times

I was able to easily get an appointment. When I arrived I was quite short of breath and couldn’t stop coughing. The receptionist was really busy but she got me some water without complaining and with a smile. I waited 45 minutes to see the Dr but when he called me through he was very apologetic. The Dr was very good. He listened to what I had to say and involved me in making a plan of care.

N/A. Although I had to wait to see the Dr i understand that some patients are more complex and need longer than the appointment slots given and sometimes the Dr can’t see you on time.
