I rang in the morning, with a swollen and sore hand after having a rose thorn in my hand. Was seen that day, Dr prescribed antibiotics. Gave me further advice if I needed to call 101.very pleased with the whole process.

I often have difficulty when speaking with receptionists but I spoke with Anne Bolton today who was absolutely lovely. She was really helpful and didn’t make me feel like a burden at all. I asked for her name so I can leave her some nice feedback. Her manner was really lovely.

Have more receptionists be like Anne

Unhappy with my experiences with the surgery, very difficult to get an appointment or told there are no appointments before I have even told the receptionist what the problem is and then they say they can get someone to call me. Not acceptable

Listen to the patient when they tell you about their history and not ask for repeat of something they did not even one week previous for the same reason and awaiting results for

It is very stressful trying to get an appointment. It takes up to an hour to get through then to be told there are no more appointments available for the day.
