It was my first appointment with the surgery and everything was handled perfectly. I was extremely reassured.

Not easy to get appointment I rang on Fri morning was 23 in queue said I could press 1 hold place in queue would get call back when was my turn I waited Never got the call so rang back I was number 1 in queue the reception said I couldn't have a call back from the Dr till the following Tuesday eventually she gave me appointment for afternoon because I said I couldn't wait another 4 days in pain wheres all the patients never anybody in there the Dr I see was very nice very Good it would be nice if you could see same Dr twice if needed can never just make appointment

It would be better if you could make an appointment and online appointment

I felt listened to fully and really appreciate that as I have had a tough time lately

It's not the surgery ls fault but it is really difficult to get an appointment

The Doctor was very good and also the receptionist

No the treatment I received was excellent not the Surgery could do with a good painting
