I went for a health review and the nurse I seen is lovely wished I could remember her name thorough friendly and helpful advice I did find the surgery itself looking rather shabby and receptionist looked unproachable

Cleaner surgery and more professional receptionist even tho I understand they are under pressure

It’s not always easy to get an appointment- especially if you have more than one issue. Staff are always friendly and helpful when attending the surgery or calling.

The surgery was very warm. I know this is hard to control in summer though.
