In fairness appointments are usually ok to get if you get enough.
In getting my a appointment I had to wait 25 minutes on telephone hold even though there was only one person ahead of me. Totally appreciate that this may have been an emergency or complex case, but is it possible to transfer a call like this to a different line, so it does not block the appointments line for so long?
