I have just returned to this surgery after 14yrs, and it's like returning home. Everything is makes you feel relaxed, staff are very friendly.

The treatment that I am receiving is absolutely first class I could be treated better if I was going private doctor Fernando is an absolute fantastic doctor and an absolute credit to the surgery. Thank you Matthew

Dr Bundock gave me plenty of time to discuss my various difficulties and plan how to deal with them. He was engaged and enthusiastic about ensuring my safety and maintaining check ins to monitor my medications.

Please turn down the volume of the music in the reception areas a little bit. It can be unpleasantly loud on a bad day.

Really good service. Receptionist very helpful and phone appointments from a GP works very well for me.

I have nothing to add about improving the way the surgery is run. There have been problems with getting to see a gp but all that has greatly improved.
