I told her I am experiencing side effects from taking levothyroxine, including severe mood swings. Before considering any other option she offered me 'something to help with my mood". I told her she wasn't listening, that I've only been taking them for a few weeks and something is clearly off. Then she asked me if I would like a blood test or something The lady did not listen to me.

Allowed me to see a GP as requested and been given the opportunity to discuss what's been happening to me since I started these pills

Surgery is spotless clean Dr was really good and explained all to my son who came with shoulder blade pain after falling from bike There is new receptionist not sure what is her name - young with dark curly hair - she is so nice and i think recently she takes call on and she is so nice and helpful and understanding.

This is not related to our appointment but the only improvement is - to get easy access to Dr ( i tried to book appointment regarding some problems) and is not possible :-(.

Phoned on Wednesday evening initially but was told to call back tomorrow morning after 08:00. Did so, and was booked in for the following day, Friday which was ok. Helpful staff, and polite friendly atmosphere.

It was all ok.

I was told to ring the next morning or I could get a pre arranged a pointed in 2 weeks time. When I rsng the next morning I was told that I would get a telephone call from the doctor in 2 weeks time.
