Dr Stephen Le Maistre is amazing and helpful as always, he is very friendly, understanding and patient. I have never felt worried or uncomfortable under his care, he is very considerate and very informative when I have any questions or concerns. The reception staff were very attentive and friendly and even when busy are quick to have you signed in and directed.

Is not easy most times you have to call severally while you wait on line , which is a little uneasy and frustrating.

I think it has been looked into, because I noticed you can drop a message on line and the service calls you back after some time, that’s a good development so far in reducing the stress.

This time it was easy but previous experiences have been horrendous. I have been trying to see a doctor for over a year, but kept getting bounced to see a paramedic or nurse practitioner. They absolutely have their place but when I am specifically asking to see a doctor, I don't expect someone to make the decision that I don't need a doctor for me. Its not like I'm at the surgery annoying you all every week!!

Decorate the surgery - it looks really old and tired, which makes it unwelcoming. A lick of paint would do wonders
