The blood test I should have had was an annual full test but only diabetes booked. When I pointed this out and she checked and the it was implied that it was my fault it was on repeat. Then it was the doctor who booked its fault then when she looked it was Mrs Smith’s fault. She then got paper out of her draw and was banging it about saying she had got to do it manually and this is not her job. I complained about the service of at the surgery and was told to leave as she was having a bad day. I apologised if I had upset her. I followed this with an appointment with Mel. The experience could not have been more different. She was ver good and helpful.

Suggested improvements
Book the correct blood test. Staff shouldn’t be blaming other members of staff to patients. If there’s a problem apologise rather than blame everyone else.
