The surgery should be a 'safe' place. However, more and more I am finding it difficult to attend the surgery as I'm unsure of the treatment I will receive from the moment I enter the surgery. As a patient/family that have been coming to Langham Place for at least 15 years now, the service is getting worse and it never seems to meet my/our expectations for at least the past 5 Years. Continuity of care is now non existent and there just seems to be an overall feeling of lack of care and professionalism throughout. I often suffer in silence with ailments worsening as attending the surgery can be quite intimidating and generally not a pleasant experience.

Suggested improvements
On my last visit, aside from the b12 injection I had everything else needed to be done better. I don't expect to be questioned about my disability or whether I'm disabled enough as I cannot use the stairs within the surgery. This should be noted on my file...I'm quite sure it is noted on my file. I don't expect to be spoken to rudely or without care and respect. I intend to make a formal complaint when I am able to.
