Because it is not easy to get the appointment I want when I want it, but I totally understand why.

More Doctor’s and longer opening hours I guess would help, but that’s more of a national problem isn’t it? Better website/user interface thingy too! I find it hard to navigate the site and I am okay with most website technology; being able to book appointments for Drs is really hard… would something like “live chat” or messenger work for some appointments? For example: if I have an ongoing problem and need some new advice/medication/information etc. I could click on a link to my Dr & interact with them. (On a side note; why can’t the receptionists take repeat prescriptions over the phone?)
