Because in these challenging times if somewhere is doing a good job we should speak up. GP services generally get bad press and sometimes it appears deserved but they are not all the same. I love the fact that where a relationship has been formed with a particular doctor every effort is made to continue consultations so you get that old fashioned feeling of being understood by someone that knows the patient.

Some attention to the toilet by the nurses room maybe? A seat lift or booster as it’s very low for my mum to use. Also, she struggles with the light switch in there.
