Friendly over the phone, however phone calls regarding emergency appointments are not made clear enough. Reception do not ask what the emergency is for new patients at desk, instead more concerned with registration. After which still no appointment is available for three days. Waste of time travelling on false information. Really upsetting experience problem not resolved. Now lost confidence to return.
