Very disappointed in how the surgery works now. No pre bookable apts for non emergencies so therefore Potentially taking a slot off someone with an emergency. It makes no sence at all. All very well saying ring at 8am but at times have Rang in excess of 50+ times only to be told there are no appointments, not great When you may be at work the rest of the week, therefore unable to Attend.
