I had a problem with my ear, it wasn’t normal what I was experiencing. I called the surgery mid morning, I explained and was informed that a doctor would call me back. The doctor did call, he said they didn’t have any appointments and I should call in the morning at 8.00 or the next appointment would be Tuesday. I explained I’m sure something is wrong. He checked and was able to get me in the next day at 8.30am with a paramedic. The paramedic was excellent, I have Otitis, inflammation in the external of the ear. The paramedic spoke to my doctor and arranged a prescription. I feel much better having started the medication. Faultless surgery in my experience. I have recommended this surgery to a colleague who is also now registered. Another hasn’t actually done anything but is impressed by the support I’ve always had. Thank you for supporting me to the doctors, nurses, reception and the paramedic.
