I rang after my appointment as my medication wasn't sent to the right chemist. But it took me 45 minutes on hold being number one in the queue to find this out. It's getting harder and harder to talk to someone there now and this needs looming at.

Suggested improvements
Your telephone lines need looking at. Whether it was the appointment line or general enquiries (I used 2 phones to see which would be quickest to answer) I was number one in the queue on hold for 45 mins which isnt acceptable at all.
