Impossible to get an appointment. Different receptionists offer different advice about how to get an appointment e.g. Call at 8am, stand at front door at 8am, book in advance, cannot book in advance, only emergencies today etc etc or are blaming the GPs for changing or giving the appointments away. Debbie (said she is in charge of receptionists) said that CQC rating was outstanding and I could move to a different surgery if I wanted to - when you are not well this is not the best advice that a patient should be given which makes me wonder how many people she and others like her have put off. Also CQC rating on their website says GOOD not outstanding so please do not spout lies. All receptionists NEED the same training so services are equitable for all patients please. I'm not entirely sure this will get looked into but would appreciate some action. Thank you.
