This 'hub' system work for an occasional appointment - but fails for an long term issues, there is no consistency for the care. During my recent experience (that has been going on for months) i've been to 2 different surgeries - neither of which are my own. Even the reception staff admit that this system - does not work Have any patient surveys been published - as this would make interesting reading!
