The surgery looks a bit uncared for, dated and tatty in places. When I originally rang for an appointment the receptionist couldn't understand what I saying, which was a problem when they're supposed 'triage' patients calls. At the reception in person, receptionists seemed complacent with their job and computer system and gave an air of not caring about patients.

Suggested improvements
Empathetic customer service training for non medical staff. Updates on appointments running late, mine was around 30 minutes late. If I'm in or heading to the waiting room would it hurt for someone to let me know? All he'll breaks loose when patients are late!! More friendly waiting rooms. I was alone in the basement in total silence for 20 mins.
