It was a routine appointment but everything was as I would want it to be.

Very friendly staff.
Nurse Marilyn is especially lovely.
Access to booking appointments online is a huge advantage and the fact that appointments are available when required is great.
The fact that prescriptions get sent to the pharmacy is also great.

Good quality service. Excellent, in fact. More regular freeze/cryo choices would be good for me at the moment.
